100% Lozère-made, the Lou Peyre is a knife crafted locally in Aumont-Aubrac in Stéphane Benoît's workshop. With its handle made from century-old yew wood from Aumont, donated by sculptor Guy Giral, a retired wood sculptor from Aumont, it has the unique feature of being able to be opened with just one hand.
