Nature in Aubrac

Nature, heritage, and preserved landscapes

Why a Regional Natural Park for the Aubrac?

Aubrac is a rural mid-mountain region boasting exceptional natural and cultural heritage that remains well-preserved. However, its landscapes, traditional skills, and rural economy are vulnerable and threatened by modern pressures. The creation of the Aubrac Regional Natural Park aims to protect and showcase these assets by bringing together local authorities, the State, and socio-economic stakeholders around a shared sustainable development project.
